All accepted presentations are automatically screened for eligible award categories. A dedicated independent Awards Committee evaluates submissions based on double-blind review scores, methodology rigor, artifact validation, and live presentation clarity.
Strict Conflict-of-Interest (COI) firewalls prevent committee members from evaluating contributions from their own institutions, co-authors, or direct research collaborators.
