No physical products or paper items are shipped through physical postal or courier services. Consequently, there are zero shipping fees, zero postal handling charges, and zero customs liabilities.

2. Electronic Delivery Timeline

Upon successful payment confirmation through our authorized gateways (Federal Bank / Omniware or Dodo Payments) or receipt of bank transfer verification:

• Within 5 to 10 Minutes: The attendee automatically receives a comprehensive confirmation email containing:
  • Unique Registration Number (e.g. SV-SVRIAS26-XXXXXX)
  • Official Digital Delegate Pass & SCVS Verification QR Badge
  • Official GST-compliant Electronic Tax Invoice / Payment Receipt (PDF)
• 72 Hours Prior to Summit (11 November 2026): Registered attendees receive encrypted Zoom broadcast room links, plenary calendar invites, session track room assignments, and downloadable conference abstract booklets.
• Within 48 Hours Post-Summit: Verified attendees and presenters receive cryptographically verifiable Digital Certificates of Participation and Presentation via email.

3. Delivery Verification & Account Portal

In addition to email dispatch, registered delegates can log into the ScholarVault Portal (app.scholarvault.in) using their registered email address at any time to:

• View real-time payment confirmation status.
• Re-download tax invoices and receipts on demand.
• Update delegate affiliation or co-author information.
• Access virtual conference broadcast links on summit day.

4. Non-Receipt & Delivery Support Escalation
