1. Introduction & Legal Entity

Welcome to the official portal of the ScholarVault Research Integrity & Responsible AI Summit 2026 (SVRIAS 2026). This international academic conference is organized and administered under ScholarVault Conferences (operating under legal registration in India). By accessing our website, registering as a delegate, submitting research abstracts, or attending conference sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

2. Delegate Registration & Pass Validity

Registration for SVRIAS 2026 is subject to the following terms:

• Individual Credential: Each registration pass is issued to an individual named delegate. Passes may not be shared, duplicated, or resold.
• Delegate Substitution: If a registered participant is unable to attend, an institutional substitute may be nominated free of charge up to 72 hours prior to summit commencement by notifying conferences@scholarvault.in.
• Category Eligibility: Delegates registering under Student or Academic discount categories must present valid institutional proof upon request.

3. Payment Gateway & Billing Compliance

All registration fees are specified in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian residents and US Dollars (USD) for international participants:

• Domestic Payments (INR): Processed securely via our licensed banking partner Federal Bank Ltd. / Omniware Payment Gateway supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking across 50+ scheduled banks, and domestic RuPay/Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• International Payments (USD): Processed securely via authorized international merchant processor Dodo Payments.
• Direct Bank Transfers: Official institutional NEFT/RTGS/IMPS wire transfers to our Federal Bank current account are verified manually upon submission of a valid 12-digit UTR transaction reference.
• Tax Invoicing: Official GST-compliant electronic invoices are generated automatically and dispatched to the delegate's registered email address upon payment clearance.

4. Research Submissions & Academic Integrity

All abstracts and papers submitted for presentation must represent original scholarly work. Submissions are screened through automated plagiarism and AI attribution detection tools. SVRIAS enforces the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. Plagiarized, duplicate, or unethical submissions will be disqualified without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Authors and presenting researchers retain 100% full copyright and intellectual property over their research papers, presentation slides, datasets, and methodologies. By submitting and presenting at SVRIAS 2026, authors grant ScholarVault Conferences a non-exclusive license to publish accepted abstracts in the official conference proceedings book and archive session recordings for registered attendees.

6. Virtual Summit Platform & Code of Conduct

SVRIAS 2026 will be hosted virtually via encrypted high-definition broadcast (Zoom Events platform). Attendees must maintain professional academic conduct. Harassment, disruption of technical sessions, unapproved promotional broadcasts, or offensive communication will result in immediate expulsion from the virtual hall without refund.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In the extraordinary event that the summit is delayed or rescheduled due to technical failures, force majeure, or statutory directives, all delegate registrations remain 100% valid for the rescheduled date or are eligible for a complete refund without deduction.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the summit or delegate registrations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
